Gym Rental Terms and Conditions 

If you have reserved regular rental hours in our gym (not a party), please remember that everyone must sign a waiver. If you are bringing a group of children, we encourage you to have their parents complete the waiver before your group arrives. Children will not be permitted to participate without a signed waiver completed by a legal parent or guardian.

 

If you are more than 30 mins late for your hourly rental and do not contact us, we must cancel your appointment without a refund. We hope you understand that we are holding this space for you. Therefore, there are no refunds after booking regular gym rentals.

 

PARTY Terms and Conditions:

Everyone must have a signed waiver. If you are bringing a group of children, we encourage you to have their parents complete the waiver before your group arrives.

When booking a PARTY, you will be charged your party fee plus a $100 refundable deposit plus tax. Your deposit will be returned to you within 72 hours as long as:

1.     Your party ends on time

2.     The facility was left in the condition in which you found it

3.     You and your guest have followed the rules and signage for using the equipment.

4.     You or your guest have caused no damages to Stunt property or equipment.

Failure to follow any of these regulations will result in a forfeit of your deposit. If damages are caused beyond your $100 deposit, you will be responsible for the cost of restoring the damage.

 

Should you need to cancel your party (not an hourly rental), you must email us within 14 days of your scheduled party. This will prompt us to give you a refund minus your deposit. We encourage you not to cancel your party with less than a 14-day notice because, at that point, we are unable to give a refund of any amount. We will allow you to gift your party reservation to someone that may be available to party in your place.

Summer Camp Terms and Conditions:

Everyone must have a signed waiver. If you are bringing registering a sibling group of children, please call us at 1-866-251-4889 to have us apply your discount. 

We are unable to accept late drop-offs on field trip days.

1.    Summer camp is Monday-Friday, 9 am-3 pm. Starting June 20th -A

2.    We are unable to accept late drop-offs on field trip days. (calendar will be sent via email)

3.    A lunch menu will be provided. Please send a lunch if your child has special dietary needs.

4.    You will be charged $2/minute for late pick-ups anytime after 3:10 pm. The fee must be paid before your child can return.

5.   Although we plan to mentor each camper and operate from a place of grace, we do reserve the right to dismiss your child from camp (with a refund) if we find that their behaviors are unmanageable.

6.   Please send all campers in activewear (leggings, t-shirt, biker shorts, tank tops...) Please, no jeans.

 

Should you need to cancel your reserved camp slot, you must email or call us within seven days of your reserved week. This will prompt us to refund you minus the $7 transaction fee. We encourage you not to cancel your week with less than a 7-day notice because, at that point, we are unable to give a refund of any amount as we have held this spot for your child, keeping it from another potential camper. We will allow you to gift your camp slot to someone that may be available to attend in your child's place. However, this switch must be done via phone, and the new camper will need a waiver signed before attending.
